| Very pleased with this Hyatt, great location, friendly staff and fantastic food!
Only negative is that one of the mornings our room was not cleaned all that well... no clean glasses, or coffee cups, left a rag and a dirty pillow case in the room. Must have been in a hurry.
Other than that, all great! Would definitely stay here again!! |

| Well done remodel of the Hyatt. Pool area is great. Location is central to downtown. Given no beach play as Ritz has, price was right.
Room was a little tight, but clean and bright with a small couch in a bay window overlooking harbor.
Bathroom was cramped. Beds were pillowtop and very cozy.
Good value. |

| The hotel is very modern and has a great pool area. We rented a regular room, but one of the people in our party rented a 2 story suite which was spectacular. The service at the hotel was exceptional and they had a small bar downstairs with good service. I would stay here again because it is essentially the same location as the Ritz Carlton at 1/2 the price. However, we did move to the Ritz after our 1 night at the Hyatt and that was exceptional. |

| hotel is beautiful, beautiful swimming pool with water falls,marina boat,the room was too little in my opinion, but comfortable, with Ipod dock station , the restroom had no odor extractor ( which is not good at all ).
valet parking was available, a little bit expensive, $15 per night, we used the self parking,is just a few feets away from the the main entrance to the hotel, but the guys in charge of the valet parking are very nice and polite, they can help you with the bags and everything.
Elevators very fast ( no problem at all ), very well decorated, fancy hotel, plenty of trees around, very nice land scaping.
the only thing was that i was expecting to see a room with more features, that's it, besides this, everything was wonderfull. |

| The hotel was a very good place for us to stay.
The Florida Watercolor convention was held at the
hotel. The rooms were nice and large for convention purposes. Very comfortable three days.
Only complaint - wish they did not charge $9.95 each day for internet use ! |

| Great room. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 100% Impressed. Pool was awesome, staff was friendly and eager to help. If you stay get the breakfast package, its definitely worth it. |

| Hotellet er alletiders og hvis vi kommer tilbage vil vi bo der igen. Udsigten over havet var perfekt og hotellet er generelt lækkert. Personalet på hotellet var hjælpsomme og meget professionelle. Der er ikke rigtig nogen butikker eller restauranter lige i nærheden,men der går busser lige uden for hotellet hvis man vælger ikke at have bil med. |
